中文版本:隐私政策

Summary: Lumi Personal Assistant is a reminder and task assistant. The app stores your tasks, reminders, reminder history, and related conversations on your device. It does not require an account and does not provide cloud storage. When you use AI features, the text needed to understand and complete your request is sent to the configured LLM service or proxy service. The App may also use crash and diagnostic tools to help identify crashes and service reliability issues.

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how LumaCode handles information in the mobile application Lumi Personal Assistant (the "App").

Privacy contact: support@alanluma.com

2. What the App Does

The App lets you create, view, update, pause, resume, delete, and query reminder tasks through a chat interface or manual task screens. Supported reminders include one-time, daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly tasks. The App can record task completion results and show current reminders, task lists, reminder lists, task details, and conversations related to tasks.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores operational data locally on your device, including:

  • Conversation records and messages used to create or manage reminders.
  • Tasks, task titles, schedules, repeat rules, notes, statuses, and completion records.
  • Pending trigger times for future reminders.
  • Triggered reminder records and reminder history.
  • App preferences such as language, color scheme, and related settings.
  • LLM configuration chosen by you, such as proxy settings or personal API-key mode. Sensitive settings, where supported by the platform, are stored using secure storage mechanisms.

This data is kept in the App's local storage/database on your device. The App does not create a user account for you and does not synchronize this data to a developer-operated cloud database.

4. AI and LLM Processing

The App uses LLM services to understand user instructions, perform related actions, and generate replies.

When you use AI features, the App may send the text necessary to process your request to one of the following, depending on your configuration:

  • A proxy service configured for the App. The proxy service is used to forward requests to an LLM provider and is designed not to store conversation data.
  • An LLM provider API called with your personal API key, if you choose to configure one.

The information sent may include your current message, related conversation context, task or reminder details needed to complete the instruction, and technical request metadata required to deliver the service.

LLM providers and any network services involved may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies. Do not enter information that you do not want processed by the configured AI service.

5. Manual Task Features

You can also create, edit, pause, resume, and delete tasks manually without using a conversational instruction. Manually entered task information is stored locally in the same task and reminder data structures.

6. Permissions

The App may request permissions needed for its features, such as:

  • Notifications and alarms, to deliver reminders on time.
  • Microphone or speech-related permissions, if you use voice input features.
  • Local storage access used by the App's own data files, where required by the platform.

You can control permissions through your device settings. Some reminder or voice features may not work if required permissions are disabled.

7. Crash, Diagnostics, and Service Reliability

The App may use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports, fatal errors, non-fatal errors, device and operating system information, app version, build number, and related diagnostic data. This information is used to understand crashes, improve stability, and fix defects. Crash reports are not intended to include your task content, reminder content, conversation text, prompts, or personal API keys.

When the App uses the configured proxy service for LLM requests, the proxy service may record limited technical metadata for reliability and abuse prevention purposes, such as request ID, request route, response status, error category, provider/model name, region, response time, app version, platform, and a sanitized error message. The proxy service is designed not to store conversation data, task content, reminder content, prompts, or API keys.

8. Sharing and Sale of Data

We do not sell your personal data. The App does not share your locally stored tasks, reminders, or conversations with the developer's cloud storage because no such cloud storage is provided. Data is transmitted only as needed for configured AI processing, platform services, or actions you initiate.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Local data remains on your device until you delete it, clear App data, uninstall the App, or use the App's data cleanup features. The App provides settings to clear task, reminder, and conversation history. If you use an external LLM provider, proxy service, or diagnostic service such as Firebase Crashlytics, data retention by that external service is governed by that service's terms and privacy policy.

Because the App does not require an account, there is no account deletion process. To remove local data, use the App's cleanup options, your device's app data controls, or uninstall the App.

10. Security

The App is designed to keep primary data on your device. Network requests to LLM services should use secure transport such as HTTPS. You are responsible for protecting your device and any personal API keys you configure.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children. Do not use the App to submit children's personal information to AI services unless you have the legal authority to do so and the configured service permits it.

12. International Processing

If you configure or use an LLM service, proxy service, or diagnostic service, related data may be processed in countries or regions where that service or its providers operate.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App changes or when legal or platform requirements change. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
